	Joan Lucarelli
	Joan has over 20 years experience in the Information Technology industry and over 12 in the Financial Services markets. She began her career in financial services in sales and regional and executive management initially in Asset Management and subsequently in Banking. In Banking she was responsible for a sales and service organizational change of a $3B institution while holding direct managerial responsibility for over $1B in retail and lending organization. In technology she initially worked for IMR, a consulting company focused on the high technology industry. Joan’s expertise focused on assignments that directly touched revenue generation. Clients included such companies as Bull, Digital Equipment, and DRI among others. Her passion for technology and organizational challenges led her to the executive search industry.
	Prior to founding JKL Partners, Joan pioneered the expansion of two top twenty US search firms into New England. At DSI she led the High Technology Practice. At JKL Partners, Joan conducts executive search assignments for a wide range of technology companies and financial services users. Her practice focuses on sales, marketing, and profit and revenue generating positions. She has placed over 100 candidates in client companies including the fields of software, services, IT, communications, and financial services. Joan holds an AB in Economics and a Masters if Finance and has been an Adjunct Professor of Marketing at Boston University.
