Giovanna Vollaro has over 15 years of experience in headhunting and 20 years in Industry. She first worked in Gruppo Lepetit, a pharmaceutical division of The Dow Chemical Company, as the Executive Secretary to the General Secretary of Italy and then, as Assistant to the Worldwide General Counsel. Later, she joined Limitorque Italy as an Office Manager.
Giovanna began working in headhunting for TASA as Assistant to the Managing Partner in charge of Executive Search in all areas of the market. She went on to become the Assistant to the Partner in charge of the ICT practice.
Giovanna has been a Managing Partner in CIVI International since 1992.
